  • The large 2.5'x5' full-color Military Tribute Banners are to be prominantly displayed on city lightposts located on Cape Coral Parkway from Del Prado Boulevard to Santa Barbara Boulevard in Cape Coral, Florida.*

  • Banners are available for all soldiers with a Cape Coral connection – veterans and active-duty, who serve or have served our nation.

  • Submit and sponsor your own veteran or active duty soldier who you wish to honor or let us choose one from a list of worthy soldiers with a Cape Coral connection.

  • As a proud banner sponsor, your name is clearly displayed on the bottom of the banner, viewable to the thousands of motorists that travel Cape Coral Parkway daily.

  • 90-day sponsorships periods.*

  • Net proceeds benefit the Invest in America's Veteran's Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, helping our area veterans with their needs. The foundation runs the Southwest Florida Military Museum & Library – the largest military museum in Southwest Florida – dedicated to preserving military history in our area.

  • SUBMITTING PHOTOS. We strongly recommend using a photograph of the veteran or soldier in uniform - preferably a posed headshot if available. This will be make for a more impressive banner than if the individual is in street clothing. A headshot of a veteran wearing a Veteran's hat will also work if a uniform photo is not available.

  • SCANNING PHOTOS. Photos submitted for the banner programs should be scanned in at the highest resolution possible. The smaller the photo, the higher the resolution is needed to ensure clarity when enlarged. Some photos may need to be scanned in at 1200dpi or higher to help maintain quality when enlarged. The face and shoulder area is what will be displayed. For example, a 3x5 photo of a "head shot" should be scanned in at 600dpi. Smaller photos at higher resolutions.

  • NOTE: Very small photos can not be used they will most likely lose significant quality when enlarged. Internet or social media photos ARE NOT acceptable formats as resolution is very low. For any questions concerning submitting your image, please contact the banner printing company, at 866-670-5552 and they will assist you.
*Pending final City of Cape Coral CRA authorization. Weather, unforseen circumstances and City of Cape Coral South Cape events may cause slight modifications to length of time on display.
